If you would like to pick up your order at the shop, please select Store Pickup as your shipping option and we will reach out when your order is ready for pickup.

GEMINI ships via UPS, USPS, & FEDEX. Domestic orders shipped via Ground Service are delivered in 3-5 business days. If you would like faster delivery please choose an expedited delivery method. We typically ship with a signature confirmation, please let us know if you would not like one or have a preferred shipper.

International orders are shipped via USPS international priority mail or DHL Global Forwarding and may take up to 14 business days for delivery. GEMINI is not responsible for any shipping delays or customs fees, which we cannot predict.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday.

All orders are available for local in-store pickup. Simply select “in-store pickup” in the shipping methods dropdown menu during checkout and we will reach out with pickup times and options.


We accept returns and exchanges on all items purchased online within 21 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with tags and other packaging materials.

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. Once received, returns or exchanges will be processed within 2 days. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable. Multiple item returns in excess of $650 may incur a 10% restocking fee.

To process an exchange, please contact us with your order number and specific item information, and we will email you further instructions. For returns, please include a copy of your invoice or order # with all parcels and send to:

We recommend shipping orders back via an insured method with tracking information. Note that GEMINI is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. 

Because GEMINI shares inventory between our webstore and physical shop, all online orders are subject to availability. If we are regrettably unable to fulfill an online order, we we will notify you as soon as possible.

Items purchased in our brick-and-mortar store may be exchanged or returned within 21 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with tags attached and receipt. Holiday gifts purchased after November 1 can be exchanged until January 14, 2022.
