Damson Madder has taken the time to refine and perfect the fit of their iconic Liu raincoat. This has been thoughtfully re-sized down one size, but still with an intentionally oversized fit, allowing for effortless layering while maintaining its flattering shape. We recommend purchasing your usual size for a relaxed, oversized silhouette, or sizing down if you prefer a more fitted look.

The Liu in an updated new check colour way, offers a flattering silhouette with adjustable waist ties and cuffed balloon style sleeves. Elevated by our signature embroidered DM logo on the chest, an adjustable hood and smartly placed pockets. This piece is refined yet functional, designed to tackle any rainy day in style.

Made with a breathable, water-repellent fabric, this garment is designed to keep light showers out so you can brave the elements with confidence. It features a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish that helps water bead and roll off the surface. Over time, and with wear and washing, this finish can naturally wear down. Reproofing isn’t needed after every wash, but if you notice water starting to absorb in rather than bead, it’s time to reapply a suitable reproofing spray or wash-in treatment. Always follow the product instructions for best results.We recommend washing infrequently — airing the garment between wears and spot-cleaning minor marks is usually enough. When a wash is needed, keep it cool: up to 30°C with a mild detergent will refresh the fabric. Before washing, remove any excess dirt or mud, turn the garment inside out, and wash on a low spin cycle. Air-dry away from direct heat and sunlight, then hang in a cool, breathable space to preserve freshness. Smooth out any creases with a low iron or a steamer to restore a crisp, polished look.
